Is it a white Leghorn?

The hens have white legs after they have been laying for a while, they bleach out. So, yellow legs doesn't automatically signify a male, it could be a young female.
Gray legs, I can't help on that one, some of my White Leghorn mixes have gray legs because they are mixed with Black Australorpe....

Being a different gender makes no difference in leg color.

Yellow legs: Leghorn

White Legs: White Rock.
