Should my gold laced frizzle Poland cockerels wings look like this

His tail is a bit like that too. Is it okay to show him like that? I'm not sure if they are like that because he is frizzled or if it's something else

what i would do is give him a nice warm bath if the temps are high enough and then see where it goes from there. It should fix it a little bit but i would switch him over to a higher protein feed to help build back the feathers. Try some chick grower/finisher and after a few months or even weeks he should be getting better feathers.
