Not me. The funkier the cheese the better.
Kroger's carries one in their specialty cheese bin they call "Huntsman." It takes a special pallet to enjoy it. It's an extra sharp cheddar wheel stuffed with a super pungent blue.

My father will eat "head cheese" and while it is not really a cheese, I'm throwing it out there cause it's DISGUSTING!!!
Seriously, I love almost all cheese, but I just can't take blue cheese. I don't know what it is about that flavor, but I can't stand it.

That's my philosophy. If I can't get by the smell I'm not eating or drinking it. Beer is one of the worst smelling (and tasting) things...lol
