Is it an RIR? Whats its gender?

Here's a couple shots of 8 week old RIR pullets if they help.....I agree that she looks like a pullet. I'm not much help determining age.

Yes I'd also say around 4 weeks.l My white leghorns are about that feathered out and they are a little more then 4 weeks. looks like a pullet to me too!
