Is it legal to raise chickens in Trenton NJ ?

Im looking for information about Trenton NJ law. Is it legal to raise 4 chickens in my backyard? Anyone from Trenton? Thank you

You can call up to your city hall and ask, or attend one of the city council meetings.

I did call zoning board, they said NO but they couldn't point anything about on book/website etc.
