ahh the pic of the roo makes me miss my roo romeo..(bantam brown leghorn )
anyhows.. thats normal. Their either maturing at different rates or one may never have as big of a comb or wattles as the others.. Very pretty girls by the way!

Just closer to laying eggs hens just develope at different rates, my speckled sussex were all the same age and one got a redder comb and wattles and laid much sooner than the others.
