Is it normal for my four month old rooster to be shaped like a bowling ball?

Does he seem to be swollen with air under his skin in his chest, neck, or sides? Could he have been fighting with his dad, and been hurt? Are his wings always lowered?

He is a very solid boy. His wings always kind of hang like that, and I believe that it’s a result of his size. I haven’t seen his dad around in a long time, I think his owners have been keeping him closer to home. My hens don’t really like that he’s trying to be dominant, so there have been a few scuffles, but I’ve thoroughly checked him over several times and have found no wounds
