Is it normal that mostly one of our five chickens is laying 2-6 non fertilized eggs daily..and how do we calm her when we remove her eggs?

You stated "Sometimes , I witness one of the other chickens resting on her eggs as well", well that chicken is also laying.
You also stated "She began laying eggs for first time just three weeks ago".
Your 5 young Pullets are the same age and are blessing you with eggs everyday.
What breed is the chicken that's so vocal and following you around?
I have two vocal girls that act as you describe. But, they aren't angry, I'm the food and "Ice Cream Truck" deliverer!
I give them attention by holding them, preening them while doing an overall body inspection and they LOVE IT!!!
Then they calm down and go about their business. I also look at it, as if they are telling me about their labor & delivery experience for the day. Lol
All Mothers will tell you "their" experiences. Lol.
It's just a bunch of girls in the Hen House. Drama... lol
Enjoy your girls and WELCOME TO THE BYC forum.

You could put a camera on yout nest box for a day or check their pelvic bones to determine who is laying. If the two pointy bones under her tail are about 2 finger width apart, she is laying. If they are almost touching, she isn't yet.
