Can I ask why she isn't being kept outside, on the grass, in the sun where she can sun bathe and dust bathe and be with flock mates? Chickens are MUCH happier living that way.

I personally don't think that would be from sitting. I mean, none of mine have ever had that problem after being broody.
It's good you can take her to a vet. None near us will deal with chickens.
