I have a mixed flock of 26 purebred laying hens. One of them started laying about 2 weeks ago and has layed an egg almost everyday since then (she usually lays around 3 days in a row and then skips a day). None of the others have started to lay yet is that normal? I have a few of several different breeds but yet only one is laying it just doesnt make any since to me. Shouldnt the others of the same breed that is laying also be laying by now?

And off subject but how long should it take before pullet eggs turn into normal size eggs?

Yes, it's normal. Every hen is an individual and matures at her own rate.
