We had the hottest day of the year yesterday and the chickens just looked like they were in an oven so I filled a med. Sized bucket and cought each one and dunked it in the water ( not its head under water just its body) for a couple of min. and when I pick them out they feel and look so much better then when I dump out the bucket under the deck they go lay in the mud they love it!
