I have my first broody sitting on 3 eggs. She is a house chicken and is in a cage in my bedroom. Tomorrow is day 14. Would it be ok to take her outside for 10 minutes for some fresh air and sunshine or just let her be?

Yes it will be okay.

My broodies get off the nest eat, drunk, poop and sometimes dustbath and preen themselves all in 15 to 20 mins. The mom's will regulate themselves according to the nest tempiture for When they need to get back on. 10 even 15 mins will be fine for het
