Not turning them is more likely to cause problems than turning them will.

One needs to know the proper method for turning if hand turning. If using an auto turner, it is simply a matter of switching it on. I load the eggs into the incubator, close the door and immediately turn on the auto turner.

I recommend using a shelf liner such as Easy Liner which is readily available in most kitchen wares departments.

I’m attempting a staggered hatch I’ve just placed 6 replacement eggs in my bator they are 7 days after 1st batch went in someone on here suggested I do a diy Hatcher so now I’m researching and planning on that.

my plan is when I’m ready for lockdown I can place my 1st batch in there to hatch bump up my humidity and sit back and watch

then my remaining eggs are still being turned and I’ll readjust the settings on my bator for those
