Is it okay to install a fan in a chicken coop?

Has anyone had good experience with any particular models of barn fans?
Not for a huge area - we only have a 5 feet x 5 feet by 4 feet high coop where the 4 sleep.

I’m not sure but I’ve hear you have to clean it every month to make sure it works.
