Is it okay to transfer eggs? What I mean is my chicken payed an egg on the ground so I put it on the basket where they lay and then she sat on that. Will it still hatch? Even i hold it and it was transferred?

If the egg is fertile and she incubates it properly, it should have a chance of hatching. Was the egg dirty or wet from being on the ground? I would be more concerned about transferring possible contaminants from that than from your hands, especially if you only touched the egg briefly.

You are right yes this was posted twice. My bad.but thank you so much for your reply. It was still clean and not wet. Why? Do eggs when got wet won't hatch?

No worries. If an egg gets wet, it can compromise the bloom, a protective coating on the egg, and bacteria can infiltrate it.
