This hen has been maturing a lot quicker than the other chicks and I just wanted to know if I can start letting her go outside for a little everyday. She is about 2 weeks but looks like 2 1/2 or almost 3 but she has about 4inches of real feather when she flaps her wings.thanks and sorry about the bad picture

Well it's 73 today , mostly 65-70 very humid out but a little wet , sunny , I put her on the edge of grass near concrete so it's not to wet

Yeah keep it dry but at 70 degrees it's fine to be out in the sun. As long as it stays dry and the wind isn't howling. It will let you know when it's too cold...peep-peep-peep

Ok thanks . I will keep her dry but I touched her to see of her body temperature dropped and if felt cooler and she was shaking a bit( I think) and there is a little bit of wind dies off every once in awhile but picks up too so

Honestly, I'd just keep her inside with the others. Chickens don't like being alone in the first place. It's also somewhat stressful when they are moved as they don't like change. I'd wait until they're all ready for outside playtime and keep them together. Also, it's the wind that they don't do well in. Even with adult chickens, they don't mind the cold but they don't like the wind, especially a cold wind.

Hope this helps,
Guppy
