Is it possible? HELP!

If it's only been 3 hours since the chirping started? I'd leave alone for now.. After 20-24 hours if it is past the hatch date I'd get concerned. The membrane shoudl come off with shell if you do have to help it. does that answer your question?

Found this:

Eggs must incubate for 21 days. Eggs are rotated for the first 18 days, and lay still for the last 3 days. Perhaps the hen stops turning the eggs when she hears the chicks begin to peep inside the shell. When the eggs are resting during the final 3 days, listen. A little hole or crack in the shell will be the first indicator of hatching. The process may take a day or more.

today is day 20, I took it out to make tiny hole and heard him taping the egg, I am leaving ti be Hopefully he will pip soon, he has been pecking at the egg all day and hasnt made any sort of hole, how is it getting air while in the egg right now, I am worried he has not piped and has been trying really hard for awhile, the egg would be considered medium large and very hard it is a buff orpington egg.

Egg shells are permeable and oxygen exchange does occur through the shell, that's how it got oxygen for the first 20 days of life. In addition, since it hasn't piped on it's own, it still has it's "placenta" of sorts, forgot the real name, which can do oxygen exchange for the chick. This is why when you peel membrane back, it can bleed. It is still attached to the chick and giving it oxygen. Curled up in the egg like that is hard on the birds ability to breathe so when it feels right or when it's natural membrane starts to go in the chick, it will decide to pip and pop out. Now that you have a hole in the air sac though, don't open the bator anymore as you don't want it to dry out and then the chick will really be stuck. Humidity is now key to your hatch. Good luck!

If it's only day 20 I would not intervene.

Also, you should probably take silkiechicken's advice; my experience has only been with budgies and finches.

Please keep us up dated.
