Hello! I am wondering if it is possible to get lavender (self blue) silkies strictly from blue cream/porcelain breeding stock? From my understanding blue cream is a combination of the lavender gene over buff. So I guess I’m wondering if it’s possible to get chicks without the buff genes so they would be straight lavender? Thanks for any insight!!

I notice this question got an answer in a different thread:

So I'm just putting the link here, in case someone is looking for the answer in the future-- they can go read the responses and discussion there, instead of wondering why it sat with no answer.
