Is it possible to tell if this is a roo yet?

I have 3 BR that I got from Tractor Supply and all were supposed to be pullets. I'm unsure about 1 of them and think she might be a he, I'm a new chick mama so that's why I'm posting. They are about 4 weeks old. Thanks all!

Give it one more week. Keep watch on the color of Pepper's comb. If it turns more red-orange, and the other three remain pale, you will know you have a bouncing baby roo.

Yes, I think you're other 2 are pullets. Like they said, give it a few more weeks and you will definitely know, but if I had to guess I definitely would say 1 roo and 2 pullets.
