is it snowing where u are???

we got about 7 inches friday and it is still snowing out right now. There are still thousands in ky without any electricity, we were blessed ours didnt go out but 2 miles up the road did and they just got it back on last night.

Wow, I am so amazed at how the weather can be so different in the same state. I am probably 100 miles west of the other posters from MA, and we only got 3 inches of snow. You guys must have gotten more because you are closer to the coast than I am.

Upper cape Cod, we have about 20 inches of snow. My pullets wanted out so bad today but their fencing collapsed uder the weight of the snow and we had to do repairs. Maybe tomorrow they will get out

Well we had about 12" plus on the ground here in Berkley Ma.

the official count on long island ny where i live is 28 inches. and drifts up to 8 feet.

Snow, what is that?


In my entire life, it has snowed here ONCE. And that was about 3 weeks ago.... and it melted as it hit the ground. It was amazing to me. I was at school, college of course, standing in the parking lot like a looney catching snow flakes and calling everyone I knew to tell them it was actually snowing!

But they are predicting rain sprinkles on Tuesday here. A rare Christmas treat.
