Hi my birds are one month old. They are creating a lot of dust in the house .can I bring them out of the house now into there coop and take them off the heat lamp?

Probably. What's the daytime/nighttime temperature there?

The temperatures are (about) in the daytime between 50 to mid 60's and the nights are 39 to about 42

Should be fine then as long as they have protection from the wind

. My 3 and 5 week old chicks are outside full time right now (we have about the same temps as you) and they just snuggle together at night to stay warm.
