Is it to early to tell?

I got 6 chicks the other day from Rural King, 1 EE, and 5 Pullet something, they didn't say. So I was wondering if my EE is a pullet, she/he looks like the other pullets, has the start of a tail like them, no comb or wattle yet.

I think it's too early to tell. As far as I know you really have to wait for them to get their adult coloring. The males get a reddish orange on their shoulders.
