Is it too early to help ( Update)

Nope, give it about 5 more days. Never, ever help. I've tried multiple times and about 95 % of the times the chicks died or had something wrong with them.

Its day 31 and still 0% progress from yesterday, and even the one the started hatching its self is the same

Ducklings always take their sweet time hatching...I know mine took 2 days from the fist pip to actually start zipping out.
From my experience all you can really do is wait it out, you can't rush nature and when you try it usually ends up badly.

If its not standing up, thats not good.
