Okay, so she is wheezing all the time and not just when you open her beak. Your initial post and answers to our questions made it sound like she only wheezed when you opened her beak but otherwise behaved normally other than panting from heat.
Do you see any discharge or watery eyes? Poopy butt? It might be a good idea to isolate her for a week in case she has a contagious respiratory virus or something.
If there is no smell coming from her beak and her crop doesn't feel hard or impacted then it's likely not sour crop, though you should definitely keep an eye on her food and water intake to make sure she's getting enough and that it is passing. What do you feed them?
Without video or pictures of the behavior and/or comb appearance, it is going to be hard for anyone here to help figure out what is going on.
