is it too late--purple comb??

her comb is purple and she gasp for air when i open her beak. do you think its about somthing in her throwt?? if so, how do i get it out?

Definitely means she's not getting oxygenated blood. Could be choking or heart/ lung problems. Do you have a video you could share of the gasping?

Is she behaving abnormally when you aren't opening her beak? Is she able to eat and drink? How does her crop feel?

I'd call an avian vet asap if you think it's urgent, help on this forum will be slower.

no i dont but she does act like shes hot and sits in the shade...

its been about a week... but i had ignored it cuz i was greiving over the death of one of my girls...

It gets below freezing at night and gets to 70 at most. She hasn't been broody and I haven't seen molting.
