I'm going round and round between those three possibilities.
He's a rooster maybe five months old.
He's having trouble breathing

A few days ago I got home and he called out with a funny sounding voice, i could hear a clicking noise coming from back of his mouth. Also a quiet rustling like a leaf if you rolled it between fingers.
I looked in his mouth and throat best I could and saw nothing. I've kept looking in it and nothing.
Hes getting worse and more symptoms, ,,
Head shaking frequently , just one time mucus flew out
When he drinks his stomach sounds like a big cavern with lots of loud gurgles and whines coming out of it.
And seems like he burps too.
His breath seems fine his crop not squishy.
But he has a round ball like thing under his chin behind his wattles , is that normal?
I'm giving him safeguard for gape worm on day two and he's doesn't seem any better .
Also it seems like his neck bone sticks out really far just under his beak, don't know if that's normal either.
Any input would be very appreciated, I really want him to make it.

Where are you located? Is gapeworm a problem in your area? Are you giving SafeGuard 1/4 ml per pound for 5 days? Can you check his crop first thing in the morning before he has eaten or drunk anything for 8 hours? Can you look inside his throat for any mucus or foreign objects? The clicking can be a sign of a respiratory or heart problems. Is the lump under his wattles soft like air under the skin, or does it feel like cartilage of his trachea?
