Is Janice a Roo?

Hi- I got a dozen assorted chicks (should be pullets but I know it’s a crapshoot) from Meyer Hatchery on 7/15 and named them all after OG supermodels. This one bird is a little nutty personality wise (very skittish with me, lots of neck flaring with the rest of the flock) so I named her after Janice Dickinson. Now I am concerned she might be a he.
Comb was much brighter in the morning than in the afternoon after a half day of free ranging- took all of these pictures today but some were in the morning and some later in the day. Comb size and color are concerning, also pretty thick legs and from what I am reading feather pattern. Hard to tell if the hackle/saddle feathers are reliable yet?
Thanks for any insight!

And I just looked up on the Meyer Hatchery website that the “meal maker” chicks (and of course I checked that box) shipped out that week were either RIR or EE, so Janice is likely an EE roo... 😩

He is a beauty though! Most "free chicks" are boys, though I did get a girl once. :)
They claim they only send you what you ordered and I only ordered pullets, but oh well. I am not not allowed to have roosters but I also have no clue how loud this guy may be and if he is a jerk I don’t want him.

Hopefully, you can rehome him. There is a rehoming forum here. Local Craigslist or feed store posting?😊
