I need to sell this 8 month old rooster (named Johnny Cash ). I bought him with 8 other black English Orpington chicks from a large Texas hatchery (The Feathered Hatchery) but knew right away that he was not one of them. I am not personally familiar with Black Sumatras; they also breed Ayum Cemanus if that is a possible ID. The hatchery would not stand behind their sale and I have no room for him.

Please help with breed ID and sale price so I can recoup some costs.

I think Ayam Ceminis have black combs. In my experience, I'm happy if I can give a rooster away to a good home. Never occurred to me I might be able to sell one. He certainly is a beauty!

Looks to be, in some cases I've seen some with a bit of black on the combs. The comb on an Ayam cemani doesn't look like this so yes, it is a sumatra. I'd say around $5 for a rooter, depends on how friendly and pretty he gets.
