Is Muscovoy Duck Starter ok for other breeds?

Is Muscovoy Duck Starter ok for other breeds? Specifically Runners, Welsh and khakis.

Huh, didn't know they made a feed specifically for Muscovy, and certainly not in Ontario!

So long as the niacin levels are good, that should be fine? It's a bit lower in protein percentage than the duck starter I use (22%) so not sure how that would affect it. I use this for my Muscovy, too.

I asked about duck starter at my local feed store a few weeks ago and this is what I got. I didn't notice it said Muskovoy until just today!

I got the brewers yeast for the niacin as well.

Nutritional yeast is a bit better, but brewers is good too. There's a pinned discussion in the forum on a comparison.

I always just gave my Ducks all the DuMor or Purina Duck Starter. I have Muscovy ducks along with several other types and they all did just fine. I am sure as long as it is designed for Ducks it should be okay. I have never heard of Muscovy Duck food here in Ohio. Good luck with your Ducks.
