Is my “started pulley” not actually a pulley?

 I'm thinking possible pullet  Coloring may scream cockerel but the comb/wattle coloring has me thinking pullet. Also at 12wks I don't see any cockerel feathering .... yet. Sure is a beauty:love

Could I get a closer/better pic of it's head area?

A month after buying, I’m very concerned this bird isn’t actually a female
I would say pullet no saddle feather and just because they have a comb and little wattles doesn't make them a roo this is pic's of my favorite hen we just lost her last winter at 9yrs old

That's a Leghorn. They have notoriously large combs, so that doesn't really help.

This is a toughie! I am going to say cockerel based on the hackle feathers and red shoulders. Either way, it's gonna be a beauty!
