Is my barred rock a rooster?

Hi I have an 11 week old barred rock that was supposed to be a pullet but around 3 and half weeks old I noticed it's comb was way more my prominent than any of my other pullets at that age so I asked others they assumed it had to be a roo however now at 11 weeks it's tail isn't very "rooster" like to me and it hasn't tried to crow yet so I'm wondering again what I have.

Thank you he's just so skittish when It comes to the other hens and me plus some other characteristics that doubt creeps in. However he is VERY loud when he's screaming and running from literally everything.
