Is my bator ready?

We made a bator over the weekend. It's holding a water temp of 99* but the air temp fluxes between 95* and 100*. Do I need to worry about that or will the eggs stay warm like the water?

The humidity is hanging out at 55%. What do I do to increase it for the hatch?

That should hatch just fine but that big fluctuation will drive you crazy. How did you build it?
