I was thinking of showing my boy but I don't know if he is show quality. I would really appreciate it if someone knows. I will add more pictures if necessary. He is a mini lop x lionhead mix.

I think it all depends on what you're showing for. Are you looking to do 4H? My county fair allowed mix breeds for 4H showmanship, but not for confirmation showing, but I only have experience with my county fair, so it may differ depending on where you are! : )

Thanks! I am just looking to show him anywhere. I am not it 4h but may in the future. Is there someplace I could just show him?

Are there any other shows I can go to with a mix?

Im not sure. Most of showing that I've seen is just purebreds. Back when I was in 4H it was $15 for a year : ) it's for people under 18 or 19. I can't say wether or not he's good for showing. He's not for confirmation because he's a mix breed, there is no standards for mix breeds therefore he doesn't apply to them. I can't speak about how tame he is, which is half of what Showmanship is (the other half being your knowledge usually)

Im not sure what shows are actually open right now. I know my county fair is hoping to run the year but that's in August. Most shows I know of that happened I've the last year have been cancelled due to covid.

Why do you want to show?

Alright, thank you. He is pretty tame but I would work on it if he is able to be shown. I want to show because because I think he is really handsome and I want to get into it more because I like seeing pretty animals and like breeding them.

At some shows they may have a pet rabbit option, but pet rabbits cannot compete for best in show awards.
