Is my chicken a hen or rooster?

Yeah the lady I bought them from owns a heritage breed chicken hatchery a couple miles from me.

She wont take them back because she's worried about disease.

She told me she would give me replacement hens but I will have to wait until spring.

I took a screen shot of her text message stating that she would give me replacement hens in the spring.

Hopefully she keeps her word.

Given her track record for sexing, I wouldn't trust her ability to give you pullets. She clearly has no idea how to spot a male.
