Is my chicken a roo??

Hey everyone. Is my Boots a roo or a hen? Also anyone know what breed he/she is and have any tips on integrating my two chicks in with my other two hens. I put the two chicks in with my hens and they seem like they're always fighting and being bullied.

As far as integrating chicks goes, sometimes it helps to keep them in a separate, caged off area or crate in the same pen as the hens. That way they can get acquainted with each other but are safe from harm. Then after a while, let them out of the cage. And put them back in it if the trouble starts again. It can be a slow process sometimes.
