My mom called me saying that my chickens vent was very red, inflamed and there was some poop discharge. My first thought was that she had either a stuck egg or a broken one. She is a japanese bantam (or so we think) and to be honest Im not sure how long this has been going on. I soaked her in some water about ten minuets ago for fifteen minuets and then put her in a big dog crate covered in towels in our garage. Im not 100% sure that shes egg bound but im nervous that this might be whats happening. She seems to be moving fine and eating, from what ive noticed, and I think she has been able to squeeze out some poop because her butt was full of it. Her vent is extremely swollen however and when I was soaking her, I could feel these contractions almost like she was trying to push out an egg. Whenever I shake the treats container she still runs over to me full sprint, and the only difference in her behavior that ive noticed was her coming off of being broody, but im not sure if this is because of her vent problem, or if its just she was tired of it because she came off of being broody by herself another time before this.

its hard to tell because of all the discharge, but if you zoom in, the fleshy pink stuff if her swollen vent... I believe

Please help me, Im desperate for answers
