Is my chicken ill?

Hello

I have a 19 Month old Ex battery hen that ive had for 3 months (6hens in total). Ive noticed one of my girls has been acting odd lately. She doesnt like to come out of the coop lately, she lays an egg in the nesting box in the morning, she will then get off that egg and sit in her coop. I managed to get her out today and all she has been doing is perching on furniture today, she has eaten and drank (not loads) but when you go near her, she gets up and runs away. She doesnt seem distressed and on examination I cant find anything wrong with her. Poos and eggs have been okay but shes just not interested in much anymore. I put her in a dog cage this morning with food and water and all she done was stand there looking bored. All her features and body look okay, she isnt puffed up or anything and tail is still high. She just likes to stand or sit and not do anything. She doesnt even run for a bit of spinach now.

Does anyone have any ideas? Ive started her on nettex poultry power for safe measures but dont know what to do with her.

I am not sure Ive never had a broody hen but I always thought they sat on their eggs all day, I am very likely wrong but trying to work out if its a behaviour problem or ill health
