Is my chicken molting? Pics

One of my 9 month old EE's is losing feathers and looks ragged. Is she molting?

Looks like molt to me. Here is one of our hens on her molt. They can get pretty naked.

My girls are about 9 months old I got them in April this year But none have molted yet, When should I expect this to happen and is different for different breeds?

I have a turkey hen that pretty much looks like your hen right now. Pathetic looking as they go through a molt. She's fine, nothing is wrong with her, a natural process.

It is mild here in winter(well I don't call it mild lol) and I have seen feathers around the yard, sometimes its the black hens and sometimes its the white hens but they still look pretty.
