Is my chicken sick?

I'm betting the problem with this bird is because of what it's been fed.
Stop feeding corn and feed only a complete balanced commercially made chicken feed, layer type would be best.
X2, she may have Ergot poisoning? While usually associated with ceral grains like wheat, barley, and rye...corn can also become contaminated by ergot.

What would she need though? she really isn't eating right now? Someone said something about Vitamin E?

Try giving her some boiled egg. If she is egg bound, try getting some calcium citrate into her, as it will be quickly taken up in her system, faster than other forms of calcium, you can get it in the pharmacy section of your local grocery store or WalMart.

Also if she does have ergot, what are some symptoms I tried looking it up but nothing really popped up.

Says in the article eat something bad? None of the others are having symptoms but i did give them carrots the other day

Thanks, we have the pullets with our younger chicks for right now till we clean out or other coop, so about 1 more day. We were actually planning on buying layer feed today, hopefully we can get everything we need their, What should I be giving her?
do they free range
She could have gotten from something as simple as a dead mouse

Normally food scraps are fine and are actually very good for them but it could have been rotting for too long

You could try to feed her some scrambled eggs

It's like one of the experts said here early on, it is impossible to diagnose over the internet. People are giving you their best guesses and suggestions, you have to try a few things and see if any of them help. Did you feel up inside her vent to see if there is an egg stuck? Did you feel her crop first thing in the morning before she had anything to eat or drink? Did you feel her belly? Without a fecal sample and a vet check, we are all just taking educated guesses, we can't actually give you a diagnosis.

I did let them free range for about an hour 2 days ago...
