Is my chicken sick?

This morning I went to check her crop and it was much smaller than the night before but it wasn't completely flat, and it seemed firm. Does this mean it's impacted? Or is it ok since it seems so much smaller?

I took some time to massage it and now I can barely find it, so I guess that means it's doing allright. I really appreciate you guys, I have a lot to learn.
