Is my chicken's wing dislocated? First timer here!

I noticed today one of my 12 week old chicks had her neck down and to one side a bit. I also noticed a lump on where the socket would be? We took her out and extended her wing and moved it around a bit and the lump would disappear and would reappear when her wings folded back up. She did not seem in pain? Any help would be great! Thanks!

She could have wry neck A(crook neck, torticolis,, which is a symptom of a head injury, vitamin E and selenium deficiency, and from other diseases. I would give her chicken vitamins that can contain vitamins and. Offer some tuna, liver or egg for protein and other high protein elements.
