Is my cuckoo maran a roo?!

Here’s our cuckoo. I believe she’s about 4 weeks or so, we got her from a feed store that labeled the lot of chicks “pullets” but of course hat might not be guaranteed. I did some research beforehand and picked the chick with the most defined white spot and darkest feathers! But as the chick grows, her feather colors are lightening. She’s very loud and dominant, but she’s also the oldest of all our chicks. Please help! Is she a HE?

I'm no expert, but "she" looks like a boy to me, too. That comb is pretty pronounced for a 4 week old, and it's already turning color. Then there's the really upright stance and the big feet and legs.
