Is my duck egg bound?

We have a camera set up in the coop so we can watch them. One of them is currently sleeping with her neck outstretched (she's on the left) and the other resting her head on the other duck. Is this normal? I've never seen them sleep like this. I just gave them Nutri Drench about 2 hours ago, and I'm trying so hard to make sure its on the right side but I keep panicking about it going down the trachea instead but theres no way to tell. Could the liquid going down the wrong tube possibly be why she's sleeping funny? I have to administer on my own so holding them still, keeping the beak open and managing a dropper is quite difficult.

I just put it into their water bucket that is what I do. Then you don't have to worry about if it's going in the right place. If they were aspirating I think you'd know it they look like they are sleeping peacefully. I aspirated some Sambucus[Elderberry syrup] and it was not pleasant.

In general, can a duck's voice change because of cold weather? New England had a warm spell this winter (50s, 60s) and it got cold very suddenly (teens, 20s, low 30s). And should I be concerned about the color of their droppings such as the one above?

I have had ducks' voices change. Einz went from having a deep voice to having a very squeaky voice. I think she yelled so much at Bean she did something to her vocal chords.

Found some more green poop today. But my girl only seems to quack differently when people come near her and seems otherwise okay. If she were sick, wouldnt she have died by now? Or woudlnt have the others gotten sick too? I'm considering canceling the vet appointment.
