Is my duck egg fertilized?

I have two Pekin ducks. The male (Launchpad) is special needs (crooked bill and walks with a limp) I’ve seen him “try” but never successfully “get the job done” Recently he has been aggressive towards me when I take the morning egg and the female (Webbigail) has been hiding them in her nest. So I thought huh could it be fertilized? I can’t really tell. Thoughts? I’m debating trying to hatch some after my batching of chickens are done in the brooder if anyone else thinks they are.

I would say, no, it isn't fertilized. I know everyone says the bulls-eye but I have been observing (and eating) my eggs for years, including times when I did not have a drake at home. I find the fertile ones to have a larger white spot. In my picture below the egg on top was from a young, new female and not fertile. The egg on the bottom was from one of my females who I hatched eggs from. Note the slight bullseye on the infertile egg.
