Is my duck male or female?

Hi, about 10 weeks ago I got two duckling both sexed and female, they both quack very loudly and don't have Drake feathers but one seems to be pecking my older ducks neck. The older duck doesn't care though and seems to enjoy it. I know ducks do this to mate so is she a male?

If they quack they are hens, but you could post a video of their quacking here to confirm Females will attempt to mate each other sometimes, it's a dominance thing.
