I'm with ya. I figured the first one, if not few, would be more of a practice situation than anything. Plus, they're still new at this- who knows if Downey has figured out to...erm.... hit the target, so to speak. They've been mating for a couple of months, actually. Or at least working at it. I try not to watch. It feels rude.

They just start their thing and I'm like "Okay, I'll be over here, looking somewhere else, slightly traumatized." If I hear a session going super long I will occasionally tell Downey to give it up. I'm sure they love my commentary.

Ducks are funny and will lay wherever and whenever they please mine make nest and sometimes lay an egg in it or I find them in super random spots....along the pond, in the pond, sometimes a random one in the grass. It’s like an Easter egg hunt everyday. Good Luck!!
