hi everyone am concerned about my duck her bill and her feet r hot not warm but hot does this mean shes not feeling well help!

Sometimes she makes a funny noise and her bill is open and then it stops
She is 3 almost 4 months old
She sleeps in a rabbit cage
the weather here is warm during the day and cold at night like in the 50's
i put her out during the day to swim
She's very active and talkive.
