my female duck is having seizures is this normal or something we can fix or something we should worry about?

Are you sure it's seizures?

Were there any traumatic events this duck has been in? (Being chased, predator attack, over mating)

Has this duck had access to rat or mouse poison containing Bromethalin?

Did any of it crush her?
Do you have a vet nearby that could take a look at her? Right now if I were you, I'd make sure she was comfortable and not in a place where things can scare her. Do you own Nutri Drench? It probably wouldn't hurt to give her some of that.

Crested, darn Crested ducks are just prone to these issues. The crest causes neurological issues and also makes brain damage very easy, so whether this was just an inherent issue caused by the crest or the crest allowed brain damage to occur, this is most likely due to the crest.

Unfortunately, that being the case, there's really not much that can be done.
