Is my duck regurgitating or vomiting? HELP!

Went out to feed my girls some mealworms and naturally they go crazy for them. one of them took a few mouthfuls (not all at once) and a couple of minutes later, started shaking her head violently, sneezing/coughing and shook her head and neck again and some brown icky stuff (im assuminggggg mealworms mixed with whatever water she's already ingested) kinda sprayed everywhere since she was shaking her head. Should I be worried? I can't tell if she just regurgitated or actually threw up. please help!

Unless she does this again I wouldn't be worried. My chickens sometimes choke on food and will shake their head or have trouble swallowing and after drinking they sometimes lower their heads and water comes out. If she doesn't do this again then it was likely a one-time incident.
