Is my Easter Egger a Rooster or hen?

I have raised chickens for about 3 years now and for the first time this year started 10 from chicks, I think this was supposed to be a hen but after looking at the size,coloration, and demeanor I am leaning towards Rooster. All the birds are now 19 weeks and I have never seen or heard this one crow, just thought I would get some definitive input from some pros. Thanks

Besides the coloring, it looks similar to my rooster, he holds his tail like yours does. I think mine started crowing about two months in, but that was after I played him the sound of another rooster crowing... I'm still knew but just thought I'd give you my two cents!
